This study is to improve a limited form of customary electronic commerce being proliferated through the internet, and to help invigorate electronic commerce in future by resolving the problems of national electronic commerce. The study presents the following several ways of energizing electronic commerce through the analysis of domestic and international resources. First, it is necessary to introduce the system of quality insurance. Second, the renovation of tax system is needed. Third, a standard model of electronic commerce system needs to be presented. Fourth, the system of relief insurance needs to be established. Fifth, the policy for incentive fund needs to be expanded. Finally, complementary devices, such as the development of goods and the improvement of distribution structure, need to be made rapidly.
